Constitution and Laws of the DRBG

Laws

Laws are introduced and modified by the First Presidents. Only if both agree on a law, it can be established in the country. The First Presidents must only make laws that are good for the country.
Every citizen is allowed to propose new laws or to make improvements, but only the presidents can actually change the laws.

Election laws

As the DRBG is a very democratic country (and not a communist one) not every person (or even every living thing!) in the state is allowed to vote. We have seen in other so-called democracies how stupidly the population usually votes (the politician, who promises (and lies) the most, wins the election), that why in DRBG land only vote-able persons are allowed to vote. It is not a question of sex or age or religion, but it depends on political knowledge and intelligence. For this reason only our two presidents are allowed to vote for presidents.
Election day is always, when it is necessary. The two First Presidents decide, when it's time to vote.

Citizenship

After a proposal from our first citizen Simone, the First Presidents introduced a citizenship law which says that it is necessary to be female to become a citizen of the DRBG.

Visa

People who want to enter the DRBG have to apply for a visitor's visa which is usually valid for five minutes. It is possible to apply for another one after that time and so on. If visitors bring (and declare) goods of worth (like cigarettes, chocolate or sangria), the validation time of the visa can be increased to ten minutes (in certain cases even longer).
People from every country within and outside the European Union are allowed to enter the DRBG. Only for citizens of the Free State of Bavaria there are special restrictions. They have to contact our Administration for Bavarian Affairs (ABA) to get further information and perhaps have a chance to apply for a visa.
