Hike along the old Fukuchiyama train line
Namaze to Takedao, 08.03.2008

After the nice first time im September we once again walked this easy hike of about 2 hours along the river and through 7 dark old train tunnels. We (11 people) started at JR Namaze station, followed the highway for about 10-15 min until we reached the old train tracks that led us to JR Takedao station. Half of the group then took the train home while the others returned to the riverbed to celebrate Mike's birthday (and three of us even climbed the nearby mountain - at least a little).
