I left Ko Jum by boat, took a sangthaew to Krabi and then a van/bus connection (via Hat Yai) to Malaysia. In Georgetown/Penang I had to change buses again.

In the early morning I arrived at Kuala Lumpur (KL) and booked a room at Pudu Hostel, near the bus station. Then I headed off for some sightseeing, especially at my favourite: The Petronas Towers.

Arrived in Melaka I booked a room at cosy
Ringo's Foyer, nice,
friendly guesthouse with WiFi Internet in my room! But first I had to walk
around the city until sunset, a place really worth a visit of a few days.
